Meet Jerome Dazzell
Jerome Dazzell is a seasoned IT executive and Salesforce strategist with over 13 years of experience leading digital transformation in the nonprofit sector. Over the past 13+ years, he led Per Scholas’ enterprise IT strategy as SVP of IT and Systems Operations, overseeing the Salesforce ecosystem—including NPSP, Experience Cloud, and various integrations to support fundraising, admissions, HR, and student services.
He has also consulted for organizations like MDRC, ByteBack, Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation, and ideas42, advising on platform governance, automation, and integration with tools like Sage Intacct and Google Workspace.
Jerome’s passion lies in designing scalable, mission-aligned solutions that improve operations and outcomes. He has presented at Dreamforce and numerous New York Salesforce World Tour events on topics including Fundraising, Program Management, Workforce Optimization, and AI.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems and a Master of Science in Information Technology. He is also a graduate of the Cybersecurity Leadership Program from the SANS Institute and the Mastering Leadership Dynamics program from the Truist Leadership Institute.
